Canadian College of Real Estate · Collège Canadien d'Immobilier
An 8-week online program on protection and governance for real estate owners, investors and partners. Learn to read the structures, contracts and decisions that decide who really controls a property, before a problem costs you.
Waitlist members get the cohort dates, tuition and early-access seats first. Seats are limited.
Why this program
They start with a shareholder agreement nobody read closely, a partner who controls the books, or a register that changes without notice. Owners are taught to find deals. Very few are taught to protect them.
Know where control sits in a corporation or joint venture, and what protects a minority owner.
Spot weak clauses, missing protections and conflicts of interest before you sign.
Set up the records, reporting and decision rules that keep a project honest as it grows.
Curriculum
Each week combines a live session, a case drawn from Canadian and Québec real estate, and a practical checklist you can apply to your own holdings.
Who it's for
You hold property directly or through a company and want to keep control of it.
You've invested alongside others and want to understand your rights.
You're planning a first deal and want to structure it properly from day one.
You advise clients and want a governance lens on the deals you see.
Your instructor

Founder, Canadian College of Real Estate
Christian holds a PhD and works as a strategic advisor to entrepreneurs, executives and organizations through his C-Suite On Demand practice, covering strategy, finance, governance, growth, transformation and real estate.
He is also an operator and real estate developer. He knows what governance looks like on a real project, with real partners and real money at stake.
As host of the podcast Économie de l'effondrement, he analyzes Québec and Canadian political economy, institutions and the difference between nominal and real value.
He teaches from the owner's side of the table: how structures, records and incentives decide outcomes long before a deal closes.
